I empower learners with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed by designing customized, scalable training programs that align with business goals and learner needs, delivered efficiently using available tools, within time and budget constraints.
Design Principles:
"Don't let perfect be the enemy of good" is a core guiding principle. While I strive for excellence, you have to know when to move on to the next task.
A second core principle is 'Keep things simple.' If an interaction, idea, or piece of content doesn't drive the story forward in something I am designing, I don't include it. Every element must serve a clear purpose; if it doesn’t inform, engage, or enable action, it doesn’t belong.

I am comfortable and skilled at developing relationships with individuals in all parts of an organization, from new hires at the start of their careers to highly experienced C-suite executives; I partner with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure quality and consistency in training content and delivery.
